Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Turtle Creek Enterprises, LLC (“Turtle Creek,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the DevFlow audit and fix delivery services, the OADI platform, and the turtlecreekllc.com website (together, the “Services”). By checking the consent box, connecting a GitHub account, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Free audit. DevFlow performs an automated production-readiness audit of a GitHub repository you select. Audit findings are provided to you at no charge.

Paid fixes. You may optionally purchase fix batches or maintenance retainers. Paid work is governed by the pricing, scope, and delivery terms presented at checkout, in addition to these Terms.

The free audit uses a GitHub App with read-only repository permissions. You select the exact repositories on GitHub's authorization screen, and you may revoke access at any time from your GitHub settings. We cannot modify your code with read-only access.

Write access to your repository is requested only if you purchase fixes, through a separate GitHub App installation that you approve at that time. Fix delivery occurs through pull requests or commits as described at purchase; you retain control of your repository and its merge decisions.

You retain all rights to your code. You grant us a limited license to access, copy, and process your selected repositories solely to provide the Services, including analysis by automated systems and AI models operated as part of our infrastructure.

We retain audit results and related metadata for 180 days from the date of the audit, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Repository contents are processed transiently for the audit and are not retained beyond what is required to produce and deliver your results. You may request earlier deletion of your audit data by contacting us at the address in Section 11.

You may only submit repositories you own or are authorized to submit. You agree not to use the Services to process code you have no rights to, to probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or to violate any applicable law.

Paid services are billed through Stripe at the prices displayed at checkout. Fees for fix batches are due at purchase. Retainers bill on the cycle stated at purchase and may be canceled effective at the end of the current billing period. Because fix work begins promptly after purchase, fees are non-refundable once delivery work has started, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the purchased scope.

The Services, including audit findings, are provided “as is” and “as available.” Audit findings are automated assessments and are informational only. They do not constitute a guarantee that your application is secure, compliant, bug-free, or production-ready, and no audit can identify every defect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turtle Creek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You may stop using the Services and revoke GitHub access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect. For questions or data deletion requests, contact us at terms@turtlecreekllc.com.
