Privacy Policy
This page is placeholder copy describing how the audit flow handles your data. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not a final policy. Reach us at shane@turtlecreekllc.com with any privacy question in the meantime.
Who we are
DevFlow is operated by Turtle Creek Enterprises, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we collect when you request a free production-readiness audit and how we use it.
What we collect
When you start an audit, we collect:
- Your email address, so we can send your findings report and (only if you opt in) occasional production-readiness guidance.
- Read-only access to the GitHub repository you choose, used to run static analysis. We do not store your source code and never push changes without your approval.
- Basic usage analytics (privacy-first, cookie-less) so we can understand which steps of the flow work.
How we use it
We use your email to deliver your audit report and, with your consent, product updates. We use the repository access solely to generate the audit and any fix batches you purchase. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except the processors needed to run the service (for example, payment and email delivery).
Marketing consent
The audit flow includes an optional consent checkbox for occasional guidance emails. It is off unless you check it, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect your audit.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe at any time by emailing shane@turtlecreekllc.com.
